This is a beautiful quirky chair, which will look stunning in a living room, hall way or bedroom! This decorative chair has a lovely flower detail at the top of the wood.
It has been completely refurbished and re-upholstered.The wood has been sanded and stained. The seat has a new upholstered base and a new box cushion with quality reflex foam.
The fabric is a fire retardant Laura Ashley fabric, which suits the style of the chair perfectly.
The back of the chair was originally caned, but this was unfortunately damaged. I have upholstered the two panels instead, which I believe adds a nice detail to the chair. I have used double piping for the edges on the inside and outside back.
To add a point of interest I painted the middle section of the wood blue, to pick up on the blue in the fabric.
