I have given notice to my landlord and am starting to sell my furniture,
the furniture are originally from Ikea, used but in a very good condition.
additionally, if any one/student is looking for accommodation around merchant city, it is possible to contact my landlord so you can buy the furniture and don't have to waste energy and money to move them.
