Hi There!
I have a room soon to be available in my the flat I rent. The apartment itself is next to the Fire Station in Altrincham, near the Budenburg flat complex. Metro link close by, good transport links with the M60 and M56 nearby, lovely little town, but not too far from Manchester City Centre. It is a 10 min walk from the apartment to Navigation Road Tram Stop, and about a 20 min walk into Altrincham Town Centre. Altrincham town centre has the ice rink, cinema, Slug and Lettuce, Frankie and Bennys, and the very lovely Goose Green. The living room in the flat is huge, and the main bathroom that I rarely use (unless I have a bath or have visitors) is also a good size. I have furnished the flat myself as it was unfurnished when I moved in.
The room itself is a decent size (approx 7ft 1/4 wide by 16ft 1/2 long) with basic furniture (bedside drawers, double bed frame, and clothing rail). The bed will need a mattress however, though I am looking for one.
I would love a fab flatmate who is professional, 25 - 46, fun, friendly, clean and tidy, and respectful.
I am a professional 32 year old, interested in arts, crafts, and design. I like to socialise and am part of a social group, that goes out to Pub Quizzes, meals out, etc, and I also like trying new or learning things - currently have my eye on a Clubbercise fitness class! I do like the odd flat party or my girlie friends round for tea. I'm not one for going out partying all the time or getting trashed - much prefer to get my PJ's on and chill out at home!
Due to my job - i spend most evenings at home doing work (after having spent all day at work too).
It would be great if I found a flatmate who could also be a friend too, but at this stage - i'll settle for someone who is just a good flatmate.
Not sure why it says I'm the live out landlord - but I'm not. I'm the flatmate!
I should also mention that at the moment, this advert has a maximum of 3 months to stay at the flat. The reason behind this is because my living arrangements may change in around August depending on life! If at August time my circumstances are not yet sorted - we could aim to extend by another month or so.
Please note, a deposit is required of £350.00, and there is a possibility a fee of £60 may be needed to take your name off the deposit at the end (stupid estate agent thing that we are trying to sort to prevent it.) We would like proof of employment and ID, and if possible a previous landlord reference.
The room is available in the next 2 weeks (today is the 21st June)
Zoe.
